Atlas Copco Power and Flow to acquire LEWA and Geveke

As of August 1st, 2022 the intended acquisition of Geveke bv and pump producer LEWA GmbH by Atlas Copco AB has been effected and the transfer of shares has taken place.
Geveke will operate as an independent company within the Power & Flow division of the Atlas Copco Group, with the management structure of Geveke remaining unchanged.

Atlas Copco has agreed to acquire LEWA and Geveke group
Atlas Copco AB and Nikkiso Co., Ltd. have reached an agreement to acquire LEWA GmbH and Geveke bv. Atlas Copco will acquire 100% of the shares. The acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of June 2022.
Geveke will continue to operate as an independent company within the Power and Flow division of the Atlas Copco Group. Geveke's management structure will be maintained and the acquisition will have no impact on employees.
